A few nights ago, I saw a guy walk out of a big box store with 11 of that red Datsun you see below. Why? I assume to turn around and sell them on eBay as VHTF (very hard to find) items. A sort of self fulfilling prophecy as the reason it's a VHTF item is because people like him take nearly a dozen of them out of a store, at the same time.
Seriously though guys that has to stop. It's a bit pathetic now. Grown men opening boxes of hot wheels cars before they're shelved, and waiting at 7 am in the morning to get in the store is just wrong. LOL
I know, we're all entitled to buy what we like, and so on. Ultimately the store doesn't care because it's still a sale for them.
That being said, you'll never have my business as I'll just be patient and wait, or I'll buy from an established online retailer. Yes, I'll either have to wait a few months or pay more than I normally would, to own one, but I'll choose that just for the satisfaction I gain in knowing I haven't paid a penny to the Toy Mafia.
